Return Policy


We take pride in the quality of our products and guarantee their excellence. If you receive a product that seems unusual, please inform us by emailing our Customer Care Specialist at within 7 calendar days of receiving your package. However, please be aware that using non-recommended products, perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft, or any other processing of the hair will void the opportunity for a replacement if it applies. If we verify and agree that the product is defective in any way, we will exchange or replace the item. However, if we do not validate the product defect issue, we will return the item in question to the customer at our expense (via priority mail) without a replacement of the product. Again, please note that due to the delicate nature of our lace products, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced.

If the product needs to be replaced based on quality, you may qualify for store credit only!

Please be aware that our liability is limited to the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available after purchase. We will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies to both products and services. By purchasing our products or services, you agree that we are not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of products or services under this agreement.
